3. Transfers:
   3.1. Subject to the exclusive judgement of Dr. Shino Bay Masterclass, participants may qualify for transfers to an alternative course or program date under specific circumstances. Provisional consideration will govern transfers, which could incur an administrative fee.
   
4. Cancellation by Dr. Shino Bay Masterclass
   4.1. Participants shall be granted the choice between a complete refund or a rescheduling credit to a future class without incurring any additional charges in the extremely unlikely circumstance that Dr. Shino Bay Masterclass cancels a Masterclass.
